Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your drawer slides to request a return, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The drawer slides are unused and uninstalled

  • No signs of installation, including but not limited to drilling marks, scratches, deformation, oil contamination, or wear

  • All parts, accessories, screws, and components are complete

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Drawer slides that have been installed, test-fitted, modified, cut, or damaged during installation are not eligible for return.

Non-Faulty Items & Order Verification (Important – UK)

For non-faulty items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to customer selection errors.

Before placing an order, please carefully verify all product information, including but not limited to:

  • Drawer slide model

  • Length and dimensions

  • Load capacity

  • Mounting type and installation requirements

  • Quantity and application compatibility

Returns or refund requests arising from incorrect selection, size mismatch, unsuitable application, installation conditions not met, ordering errors, or change of mind will not be accepted, unless otherwise required by applicable UK consumer law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where the product is faulty, defective, or not as described.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at sale@aolisheng.com, providing your order number and the reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sale@aolisheng.com, and include clear photos or videos showing the issue and packaging condition.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Drawer slides that have been installed or partially installed

  • Custom-made, special-order, or personalized drawer slides

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or model, the fastest solution is to:

  • Request a return for the original item (if eligible)

  • Place a new order once the return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned drawer slides, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days

Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Holiday Shipping Delays

Please note, during holidays, shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid any delays.
